Only a some few conditions have to be fulfilled.

With taking over the bicycle, which will be in a faultless state with regard to technique and cleanliness, in our bike sports centre on Mallorca in the Grupotel-hotels Taurus Park (check-in), Orient and Playa de Palma Suites & Spa (distribution) a hire agreement will be completed. This will be an autonomous contract between the Fred Rompelberg Bicycle-Team and the client, not depending on which tour operator is responsible for your travel arrangement.

The agreement contains the following points:

• In the Grupotel-hotels Taurus Park, Orient and Playa de Palma Suites & Spa a bike sports package is obligatory.
• The hire time is at least one week, it is possible to prolong.
• The client is responsible for all damages resulting from careless handling, accident, theft etc.
• Completing of an insurance for the hire bicycle is obligatory, it is liable for damages resulting from fall or accident, furthermore for theft from the cycle room, as far as the bicycle was locked by chain and individual lock.
• The client receives an individual lock for chaining and locking of the bicycle in the cycle room, he will have to deposit a small security money for that.
• The client has to restore the cycle at the fixed time completely and in technically correct condition. He will have to deposit a small security money for that.
You will not have to clean the bicycle, we do the cleaning job for you after your bicycle sports holidays. 
• The payment of the Hire Price, the insurance fee and the security money has to be finished cash down completely not until taking over the cycle.
