Our bike sports boutique
is our linchpin.
Tiny Rompelberg, Karin Verguts, Christianne Graulus and Christian Roelands working together with a laughing Fred (268 km/h).

 

• You redeem your voucher for the bike sports package in the boutique or you buy a package (look Prices under programme), if you could not book it together with the journey or did not want to.
• You can also buy tickets for four guided tours (four times per week; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) in the boutique (look Tour Guide Prices), if you want to participate in tours with a bike tour guide.
• If you want to Hire a Bicycle you will have to come to our boutique first as well.
• You can moreover buy in the boutique at very good prices all sorts of bike sports necessities like tricots, bike pants, training dresses, T-shirts, gloves, wind jackets etc., all in professional quality, furthermore power bars.
• Even guests of other hotels at the Platja de Palma are permitted to purchase a bike sports package to be able to profit by all capacity, which the Fred Rompelberg Bicycle-Team offers.
• The opening hours of our boutique and the hire bikes station in the Grupotel-hotels Taurus Park (notification), Orient and Playa de Palma Suites and Spa (distribution) during our bicycle holiday season can be found here. Our hire bikes station can be opened during other hours on request.

This is to ensure you to be up to date at every time.
You will find a continuously updated information board near the boutique in the hotel Taurus Park reporting the items:

• Bicycle team members,
• profiles of tours (destinations, distances, altitudes),
• arrangement of bike groups,
• week plan of group turns,
• departure times of groups,
• opening hours of bicycle room, service station and boutique,
• dates and items of meetings,
• massage registration.

The service station deals with the technical service for the bikes.
Our mechanics Wiel Leurs, Harald Endler, Berrie Thoolen, Fred (above) and many professional mechanics (below) at work.
                   

• In our service station professional mechanics will repair your own bicycle if necessary, you will have to pay for the required substitute and wear material only. In case of your cycle not being repairable, you can revert to our top-Hire Bicycles.

  Repairing of your cycle will be carried out in the afternoon only.

Order, survey and cleanliness are important.

• You will find a reserved, numbered, lockable hook to hang up your bicycle in the bicycle room, for security money of € 5,- you get an individual lock,
• air compressors and standing air pumps are existing in a sufficient number,
• for upkeep, maintenance and cleaning of your cycle an adequate area with a washing station is available,
• It is not allowed to take along the bicycles into the rooms; the cases, boxes and bags for bikes must be deposited on the balconies.

• The bike room of the Fred Rompelberg Bicycle-Team storing nearly 500 bicycles in the Grupotel-hotels Taurus Park, Orient and Playa de Palma Suites & Spa will be opened for our guests during our bicycle holiday season:
